“Helen is a welcoming and encouraging teacher who has been terrific at tailoring each class to suit the experience and confidence of the people attending. The music is great, the moves can be as challenging as you want them to be, and it’s a fun workout with plenty of warmup and stretch time. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never danced and you can join in any time. Even if I don’t master the routines I always walk away with a smile and a spring in my step. Highly recommend!!”
